Jessica is a powerhouse! An inspiration to all … she positively dominated the stage. Stage Whispers

Join Jessica Mauboy for a deeply personal and unforgettable evening in The Story of Me: A Musical Journey Through My Career, presented by Great Southern Nights.

Through music and candid storytelling, Jessica reflects on her extraordinary evolution from a young Darwin girl to one of Australia’s most celebrated artists. For the first time, she opens up about the defining moments of her career, the highs, the setbacks, and the resilience it took to keep moving forward.

Audiences will experience heartfelt ballads, reimagined classics, and powerhouse anthems as Jessica shares stories of leaving her long-time record label to reclaim creative control and launching her own music label and beauty brand, Desert Rose.

This intimate performance offers a rare glimpse into Jessica Mauboy as an artist, entrepreneur, and proud Indigenous woman.

Joining Jessica Mauboy is special guest Jem Cassar-Daley

Jem Cassar-Daley is the enchanting siren in Australia’s indie-pop scene, winning hearts with her soulful voice, honest lyrics, and natural stage presence. Since launching her career in 2021, she’s carved out her own space, collecting big wins like NIMA’s New Talent of the Year and QMA’s Indigenous Artist of the Year in 2022. She continued that momentum with Best Pop and Song of the Year at the 2024 Queensland Music Awards and also won AIR’s Song of the Year, followed by taking out Indigenous Artist of the Year in 2025.

Jem’s sound has taken her across the globe—from five showcases at The Great Escape in the UK to a standout Like A Version performance of “The Sweet Escape.” She’s supported artists like Thelma Plum, Busby Marou, Peter Garrett, Tina Arena, Tim Finn and Dan Sultan.

A proud Gumbaynggirr and Bundjalung woman, Jem weaves culture and emotion into every song.
