Have an exclusive moment with your favourite artists with fun activities, games, talks, and special performances that show you what your favourite artists are like. Whether you’re a long-time fan or new to the First-Khaotung and Sea-Keen fandoms, this is your chance to witness their friendships, their joys, and what it is like to feel a connection with your favs.

  • If you purchase a S, A or B Tier ticket you will be eligible to purchase a range of Special Benefits subject to availability.

    When purchasing your show ticket from City Recital Hall please make sure you opt-in to hear from GMMTV so you can be sent a reminder via email once Special Benefits become available to purchase on 12PM AEST 12 September 2026.

    Special Benefits are sold separately via Ticketmelon at the link here. In order to purchase your Special Benefits tickets, you will need details from your show ticket confirmation including your name, order number and seat number. City Recital Hall cannot assist with Special Benefit purchases or enquiries.

    The Special Benefits that will be available to purchase for guests with an Afternoon Show ticket are listed below (booking fees may apply):

    - Fansign 2:1 (First-Khaotung) - $150

    - Fan-Talk 2:1 One minute (First-Khaotung) - $200

    - Selfie 1:1 (First) - $150

    - Selfie 1:1 (Khaotung) - $150

    The Special Benefits that will be available to purchase for guests with an Evening Show ticket are listed below (booking fees may apply):

    - Fansign 2:1 (Sea-Keen) - $150

    - Fan-Talk 2:1 One minute (Sea-Keen) - $200

    - Selfie 1:1 (Sea) - $150

    - Selfie 1:1 (Keen) - $150


    Important Notes:

    -Every ticketholder of an S, A or B ticket is entitled to purchase up to two of each Special Benefits subject to availability.

    -You must hold a show ticket for the Afternoon and/or Evening show in order to purchase Special Benefits.

    -You will not be permitted access to City Recital Hall without a show ticket.

    -There is only a very small number of Special Benefits, so please only buy what you need so no fans miss out.

    -Your show ticket and Special Benefit ticket must be for the same show (e.g. First-Khaotung or Sea-Keen), and both tickets must be registered under the same name. Special Benefit tickets that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.


    Special Benefit Sales Schedule:


    Round 1

    - Sales open: 12 September

    - Eligible for customers who have purchased a Show Ticket by 11 September, 3:00 PM AEST.


    Round 2

    - Sales open: 18 September

    - Eligible for customers who have purchased a Show Ticket by 17 September, 3:00 PM AEST.

    After the above sales rounds, any remaining Special Benefits will be available for purchase at the Registration Counter on the event day, subject to availability.

    First-Khaotung show (2:00pm show time)
    11:00AM - Fansign Special Benefit with First-Khaotung* ticketholders can enter venue
    12:00PM - Venue opens for all Afternoon Show (First-Khaotung) ticketholders
    12:30PM - Photo Benefits with First-Khaotung for all S/A/B Tier ticketholders
    2:00PM - Afternoon Show begins
    3:30PM - Hi-touch for all ticketholders
    4:15PM - Afternoon Show ticketholders to exit venue unless they hold Selfie and/or Fan-Talk Special Benefit wristbands.

    Sea-Keen show (8:30pm show time)

    6:30PM - Venue opens for Sea-Keen show ticketholders
    7:00PM - Photo Benefits with Sea-Keen for all S/A/B Tier ticketholders
    8:30PM - Evening Show begins
    10:00PM - Hi-touch for all ticketholders
    10:45PM - Venue closes

    *available to S/A/B tier ticketholders only. You must have a valid Special Benefit ticket.

  • Can I buy tickets to both the afternoon and evening show?
    Yes you can, subject to availability. The maximum show tickets you can purchase in one transaction is 10. 


    Can I buy multiple Special Benefits?
    Yes you can, but it is subject to the limit of two of each benefit relevant to each show and subject to availability. Special Benefits are expected to sell-out quickly, so make sure you plan in advance which ones you are interested in.


    What time should I arrive at the venue?
    Refer to the Schedule above for show and Special Benefit times. You should allow approximately 1.5 hours before your show or first Special Benefit (if applicable) to collect your wristbands. Benefits will not be given to those who do not have the appropriate wristband and there will be no refunds if you are late.


    Who should I contact regarding Fan Support, Fan Projects, Benefits or Top-ups?

    Can I give gifts directly to the artists?
    Gifts cannot be handed directly to the artists. However, you may drop them off at the designated Fan Support Counter at the venue. For more information, please contact [email protected]. 

    How can I ensure my tickets are legitimate?
    Only City Recital Hall (cityrecitalhall.com) can sell show tickets for GMMTV FANDAY 34 IN SYDNEY. Do not buy tickets from any other website.

    For Special Benefits, only buy these via Ticketmelon at the link above.


    When are tickets sent?
    You will get a confirmation email after you have purchased your show tickets from City Recital Hall. All show tickets will be emailed 48 hours before the show. You do not need to print the tickets. All tickets are emailed / electronic.

    Special Benefits tickets will be sent via Ticketmelon to your email immediately after purchase.

    Can I use an international card?
    City Recital Hall’s website accepts American Express, VISA and Mastercard. If you are purchasing from overseas, it may prompt your credit card’s anti-fraud protections. To avoid any issues, contact your credit card provider in advance and make sure you have transaction verification turned on e.g. AMEX Safe Key.


    What can I bring into City Recital Hall?
    Please do not bring large bags or luggage to the event. Any bag larger than an A4 piece of paper must be left at the City Recital Hall cloak room and will not be allowed into the Auditorium. Glass of any kind is not permitted inside the Auditorium.

    Food or drinks purchased outside the venue cannot be consumed on site. City Recital Hall does have bars inside the venue that sell drinks and light snacks. For lunch or dinner recommendations, explore nearby restaurants.
