Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and from two hours prior to all performances.
Please note that from one hour prior to each event the Box Office will prioritise tickets sales to that particular performance. Enquiries and sales for future events will be handled whenever possible.
City Recital Hall is closed on public holidays.

All transactions are charged in Australian dollars (AUD).
The following fees apply per transaction:
$6.60 Transaction Fee
$5.50 Transaction Fee for events where all ticket prices are under $30
$8.25 Transaction Fee

There are no transaction fees applied to bookings made in person at the City Recital Hall Box Office

Tickets booked online or by phone at least one week prior to an event can be mailed. Alternatively, tickets can be held at the Box Office for collection.
All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Exchanges may be available for productions with several performances. An exchange fee of $2.50 per ticket applies. Please call the Box Office on 02 8256 2222 for further information.

The authorised ticket seller for events held at City Recital Hall is the City Recital Hall Box Office (includes bookings made over the counter at City Recital Hall, by calling the City Recital Hall Box Office and on the City Recital Hall website).

City Recital Hall is under no obligation to honour tickets purchased via unauthorised re-sellers. If you attend an event with a ticket purchased via an unauthorised re-seller such as Ticketmaster Resale, Viagogo, Ticketbis, eBay, Gumtree, Tickets Australia or any other unauthorised seller, you may be refused entry to the event.
