Young Performers Awards Semi-Finals: Day One Pass

An experience beyond music.

Now in its 74th year, the YPA is the most prestigious multi-instrumental competition in Australia.

This is your chance to be in the audience to hear the most outstanding young instrumentalists in the country as they compete to be named Finalists in the 2018 Young Performers Awards.

Each concert will feature two Semi-Finalists who will each perform a riveting and specially-crafted 45-minute recital.

Tickets are available to individual recitals or as one and two-day passes.

Previous winners include Lee Wei Qin, Simon Tedeschi, and Diana Doherty - who might you hear play in this year's YPA?

All ticket holders are invited to return to the Hall to hear the announcement of the winner of the ABC and Music and Opera Singers Trust Young Performers Award Semi-Finals 2018 at 9.45pm on Tuesday 17 July.

Notification of participant change: Due to unexpected circumstances Anna Da Silva Chen (violin) has had to withdraw from the competition and Kevin Chow (pianist) will take her place.
