Dive headfirst into Day Two, Session One with Australia’s favourite mathematician, Adam Spencer, getting his geek on about the joy of numbers, presenting his talk The Number Games.  He will also be available to sign copies of his new book full of maths puzzles and trivia. Adam will be followed by cancer researcher and myth-buster Leigh Nicholson, who will be taking you through her career in the hoax-ridden field of cancer research, from the promised mythical cures to the real scientific problems faced by cancer researchers everyday. From hoax cures to real problems, the session will conclude with the brilliant, ground-breaking and thoroughly eye-opening ABC show The War on Waste live on stage!
