They say when we boil down the world’s vast cauldron of myths, legends and literature, seven quintessential stories emerge; they are the bones of our human experience.
Seven genre-defying Australian composers weave together a musical re-imagining of these stories, including the indie scene’s Amanda Brown (The Go-Betweens), Jodi Phillis (The Clouds) and more, performed by Sydney’s award-winning chamber music group, Ensemble Offspring.
Combining music, storytelling and film, Seven Stories is a powerful world premiere that is at once visceral, engaging, funny and otherworldly.
