Arts Alive Primary Choral Concert

The Arts Alive Primary Choral Concert showcases the musical talents of students from a variety of public schools. A combined choir of 500 primary students will present choral works by a variety of composers, including Australian composer Paul Jarman as well as traditional pieces. The 2017 repertoire will feature an array of choral works both challenging and diverse for primary school choirs which complement treble voices. Students involved in this concert have been selected to participate in this performance through their school choirs.  In addition, outstanding choral and instrumental items from primary and secondary schools have been selected through an audition process to be presented as individual items. The Arts Alive Combined Schools Band and Choir will highlight this night of inspiring music. This concert is a tribute to the hard work done by the teachers in our public school system.
